Volodia Mykytka

Volodia Mykytka stems from an Ukrainian family of musicians.

As a soloist and a founding member of the Karol Szymanowski String Quartet he has performed in over 40 countries, in such prestigious venues as the Carnegie Hall in New York, London's Wigmore Hall, Philharmonie de Paris, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Musikverein Vienna and many other major concert halls throughout Europe, America, Asia and Australia. He has participated in renowned music festivals, for example the Rheingau Musikfestival, BBC Proms, Schubertiade Schwarzenberg or the Kammermusikfest Lockenhaus.
