INFORMATION CLAUSE for participants of the Szczecin Classic Academy

Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation ) I inform that:
1) the administrator of personal data is the Baltic Neopolis Orchestra Association, ul. Wyszyńskiego 27/9, 70-202 Szczecin - Personal Data Administrator
2) contact regarding data protection e-mail: biuro@balticneopolis.pl
3) personal data will be processed in order to conduct and document the recruitment for the training / training course and to document the course of the training / training course;
4) personal data will be processed on the basis of:
a) consent of art. 6 sec. 1 point a of the General Data Protection Regulation and pursuant to art. 1 point
b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
c) processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the controller;
5) personal data will be stored:
a) for the period of participation in the Szczecin Classic Academy plus a period of 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in connection with the fulfillment of the Administrator's legal obligation
b) for a period of 2 years from the date of enrollment in the Szczecin Classic Academy, and not joining it for purposes settling disputes and pursuing claims
6) the data subject has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if it is considered that the processing
personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data;
7) providing personal data is required at the recruitment stage to Szczecin Classic Academy; failure to provide personal data prevents participation in recruitment;
8) data processing is necessary to meet the Administrator's goals
9) Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or to third parties,
10) Personal data may be processed in ICT systems, however, your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
